Easily the most frequent question we receive is: I am trying to order a certain item but your site is not allowing me to chose my size. If your size cannot be chosen from the sizing box on the actual product page it means that item is sold out in your size. The size box is controlled by the software that runs the site and the second something is sold out the size disappears from the box. When you are looking at a category page and it says (for example) SIZES: 1x, 3X or SOLD OUT that is something we input manually and need to go in and change manually.
